substance from the bottom of the unit, what should I do? The heating and water are working

Potterton Potterton Profile 30e Heating, Home Heating Systems Boiler Leaking Potterton

Get someone in asap on monday cause it doesn't sound good. Most likely the heating body is leaking and the sticky brown stuff is the sludge thats built up in the bottom of the heating body
