Mend Ideal FF250 Boiler Heating Instructions

pcb for ideal classic ff250?

i need to change the pcb on a ideal classic ff250 unfortunately, the boiler instuctions have gone missing.the problem i have is how to disconnect the existing board. there seems to be two plastic stud's holding it in situ, i just need to know how (without causing any damage) how to release the board, so has to fit the new board.

push the plastic barb bit on the plastic stud inwards and lift pcb up at same time
