Mend Oven Electric Flashing

Setting the oven clock?

the clock seems to be stuck at 12:00 and is constantly flashing. The buttons to set the clock don't seem to be working. How can we fix this to set the clock?

press 2 buttons from left in together and use the + and - buttons to set the time
