Citroen Berlingo 2008?

Cooling and heating fan not working, think
thermostat might be the problem. Will I have to remove the facia, if so how do I do that. Thank you. Fan will come on at position 4.

if it is working on high speed it sounds as if your resistor is at fault,not sure on your model but they are sometimes near the actual fan assy
