same group of products,same check, if you think you cant still sort it after checking it again put a light washer on the drum shaft at back inside the back panel to push it forward a tad, let me know how you get on

if its a hotpoint/creda go back and check that you you have it correctly assembled as it must be going out of square , make sure that the front bearing/slides are in position
