Mend Baxi SOLO2 Boiler Heating Solo2

BAXI SOLO2 STARTS BUT WIL NOT RUN FULL POWER?

Just moved in new house and baxi solo2 boiler is powered up and when called for, the fan runs , the pilot light is on but it does not go on to full power and no hot water. Just keeps running on the fan.
