till wont print er-5200?

i have er-5200 and have started a new shop The first day the till wont print Have checked the rolls all r ok . They turn ok the till works good But wont print Need help please

If both the left and right rolls feed out blank, you probably have the wrong paper. Make sure you are using thermal paper and it has the shiny side to the front.
