Ford ikon got no spark and battery light stays off?

I just had my pcm(computer box) transponder and keys checked by the agents my security memory was lost,they repaired it i put everything back the car battled to start but it did and went well,the car stood for a few hours and i went to start it again and had lost all spark but im getting power to the coil and noticed the battery light is not switching on with the ignition either please il appreciate any help and advice i can get the car has cost me a fortune and cant afford to have the agents fix it again
