Mend Siemens RCR10/433/receiver Stopped Working Looked

how can I fix a siemens RCR10/433/receiver?

I have a siemens RCR10/433/receiver which has stopped working.

I do not think its a pairing issue because the unit has no lights on at all.

I have looked at the installation paperwork and it mentions a 3A fuse coild this have gone and if so where would I find it to check and replace it?
