Mend Baxi 105e Flashing

need to sort a faulty baxi 105e?

the neons where flashing on the flame and fan faults so changed the flue venturi and the air pressure switch after switching on it would fire up after half a dozen attemps but could live with that now it trys to fire up and keeps trying to fire up but dosent took the cover off and the electrode is sparking but it isint firing after 9 or ten attemps though we get a burst of flame but it just goes back to trying to fire again anyone got an answer to whats wrong as i am really cold thanks!
