I keep getting a flame failure neon light flashing and boiler shuts down until I reset it does anybody know whats wrong pls

when the PCB goes the fault shows up as fan fault, with no power to the fan.
I would check the sparking probes are clean all three

you need a gas safe eng for this one as you have to go into the burner.
