how can i fix my alba tv?

shut down yes or no comes up every few hours and then it turns itself off

if i turn tv off the tv takes ages to come back on the blue standby light continuosly flashes then eventually turns on....weirdly when i blew on it and told it off . no joke although it sounds crazy!

Look in the "menu" and find Auto TV. Click it until it says "off"
