reebok i-run slips?

i got a 2nd hand treadmill and when using it the tread stops moving but motor still runs, without weight on the track moves fine

i was told it was serviced by a 'friend' of previous owner and i think oil might be on it somewhere
is there a repair manual i can get to do a little checking
