Mend Myson Velaire Vitesse Boiler Circuit Board Burner

How can the fan be repaired? Do I need a new circuit board?

The fan doesn`t switch on before the burner fires up. Also, when the boiler switches off, the fan doesn`t clear the exhaust gases before it fires up next time. This causes a build up of fumes and the odd explosion. The boiler is a Myson Velaire Vitesse 40/50 boiler.

If the fan doesnt start up then the boiler shouldnt be able to fire up at all!
