Mend Sharp XE-A102 Sound Motor Turn

Fixing our xea102, is it possible?

Mark, our XE A 102 will not do anything more than make a laboured sound as if the motor drive was trying to turn over.Nothing else happens and it will not respond to any other commands. We can not find the manual, so we are stumped!
