Programme window is useless - hasn't worked since new...we just put it on, occasionally a red flash appears but is illegible- so we go with whatever comes up!
But is not very good - gritty residue on cups and saucers and misses 'some' items..how can that happen ?
d/w question in the w/m section but here goes,at worst a faulty wash pump but check the spray arms for blockage and un obstructed rotation after loading they have to be able to spin freely, also make sure the emptying hose isnt pushed too far down the waste stand pipe causing the machine to syphon which will give these symptoms
