Mend Honda CBR1000RR Dip Lights Beam

2008 Fireblade?

Should both dip lights come on a 2008 blade when started or just one? I realise both light up on full beam.

One light only for dip beam and both for high beam, think it's something to do with two types of bulb being used, H4 and H7, one's a double filament bulb.
