remove caliper and bridge,support caliper and hose,look through the five holes in the hub,should be five torx 50 bolts holding whole hub and disc onto the hub carrier,remove the bolts and also dummy driveshaft,36mm nut,there is a puller for these but seeing you are changing the disc you may get away with a sledge hammer to remove the whole disc and hub from the carrier,they can be tight so persevere,when off remove the five 13mm bolts holding the disc onto the hub assy,before re assembly clean up the bearing and hub carrier with emery/file and apply copaslip/anti seize grease and will be easier to remove next time if you have to do a bearing or some other work,good luck
