how can i fix my hot ceram plates?

get you model,make,serial and product numbers.ring a local general domestic appliance service centre with details and they should be able to get bits for you as to what you actually need is debatable with so many not working.usually one fails but all playing up???.could be energy regulator or the ring itself.BE AWARE that regulators can change and new part will be different and needs to be wired totally different which no one knows how to do and no instructions supplied with part.Bit naughty!!
