How can I fix the temperature?

The temperature on the freezer is set right but the temperature inside the freezer is not rising to what it should be. What should I do?

if compressor is running but the temp isn't coming down over a 24hr period then you probably have a gas issue.if it has a fan system then this can also cause issues if failed
