the eco 45 degree light keeps flashing on my dish washer

Have you cleaned the filters?The eco light flashing indicates a leak or spillage into the base of the appliance.
 
Unplug the appliance first.
 
Tip it rearward about 45 degrees to drain the water out of the rear corners.
Alternatively, take the inspection panel below the door off and use a sponge to remove the water.
 
once removed, try the machine again.
