how can i stop my intellisense st802 from keep goin off?

weve put the code in & reset it numerous times but no such luck,alarm keeps goin off every 5-10 mins.
weve put a wire back in which is attached to the mains & as yet were waitin to see if thats worked??
all the 3 lights are on (tamper,day & mains) & the red intruder lights are comin on in the hall & living room!
should that of sorted it??
