problem with bottom sprinkler?

hi the seals have come off the bottom sprinkler arm which is causing the arm to rise when in operation and tripping out the machine and the house electrics please help

Spray arm should not trip electric, connection is water via pump not electrical, suspect heater if you can hear water being sprayed.
