i am unable to tune digital tv on my dmtech wq20xt tv?

Hi,

I have a DMTECH WQ20XT TV but I am unable to watch freeview. There seems to be no option to tune digital tv.

For analogue tv I can press 'Menu' on the remote and select 'Setup' from there. But for digital tv (DTV) this 'Setup' option does not seem to be available - it skips it out from the menu.

I have read other forums saying to try a reset and an EEPROM reset. I have tried both of these but to no avail. I have also tried the other 'Menu' button towards the bottom left of my remote, but the message 'Not available' appears on screen when I press the button.

Can anyone help?
