Mend Indesit IS70C Tumble Dryer Condenser

Problem with an Indesit IS70C Condenser Dryer?

Hi :) I have an Indesit IS70C condenser tumbledryer. When I switch it on it heats up, the drum goes around and water is collecting in the reservoir *however* there is no fluff collecting on the filter and the clothes are sopping wet. Do you have any idea what the problem could be please?
