road master falcon 2 tow bar ?

Is this an `A`frame type bar for towing a veh?The arms should be adjustable and should have a centre point for pivoting and this should be free therefore would check all pivot points for seizure and arms/slides etc but you will have to check for yourself whether they have been bent due to an impact/accident,for safety sake, if in doubt,replace with a new bar
