how to make my Daniel Dakota grand chim again?

I have 2005 model Daniel Dakota battery operated Grand Father clock from walmart, was working fine , then I changed the batteries it won't chim any more it keeps perfect time, I redid by instruction on back to set clock and still nothing, any one know who or where i can call for help.
