How can I replace the oven spring on a Stoves 900EF oven?

Could you please tell me how to access and replace the oven spring on a Stoves 900EF double oven.

I have the same problem and have just had a reply from Stoves - they say the part is obsolete and I will have to buy a complete new unit !!
