Mend LG Load Washer Turn

thumping noise?

My LG front load washer makes a Thumping noise. If you turn the drum it thumps like it is not seated properly. The drum leans forward and is no longer suspended. I took the front panel off and the boot to see what could be done. The outer tub, I do not know if it had a plastic ring that help hold this part up. do not know what to do. Please help
