Mend Scantronics 9651 Time Pressed Code

I have a scantronics 9651 (9930 keypad) it is beeping all the time?

Not near a smoke alarm! have pressed X then code then tick and other combinations but still beeping. Alarms not going off but C & D lit up on display.
How do I stop this? Have tried following user manual but is not working.

all the display is lit up unless the back light is turned off by the engineer ,there is nothing in the panel that will bleep are you talking about the chime???
