Mend Citroen Xara 1.4 Locking Help Lock Key

how can i fix locking system on my citroen xara 1.4?

Can anybody help, my car will not lock by remote or key , you turn the key and it tries to lock then unlocks in ml second, remote not worked in a while but just to be able to lock by key would be fine.
