Zanussi electroux essential 120 , 3 years old, will start wash, but will not spin or drain, dont think it rinces either, programme will not finish, have to turn dial to turn of
check the circuit board, you may need to resolder a joint (look for burn mark) I had the same thing and saved me a call out,

check the filter and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely.check the motor brushes as they might of worn out although 3 years isn't long unless you do lots of washing?
