grundfos 15/50 pump ?

i have 2 of these pumps fitted to a gledhill biolermate11 c/h h/w the h/w pump is not circulating hot water causing gurgling and banging pipes swpped both pumps around and the h/w pump worked so its not the pump maybe electric any ideas

Is pump running without water make sure expansion tank got enough water ,may got air in system fit auto air next to. Pump or clean out system with boiler cleaner flush out and add boiler noise reducer
