Mend Toyota Lucida Wrong Car Air

What is wrong with my Toyota Lucida?

My car is making a very loud whirring noise, but I'm not sure what it is.
It sounds like either air escaping or a pulley bearing starting to dry out
Please help!

try removing the fan belt,start it up and see if your noise disappears then you can narrow down your search
