Mend Hotpoint FDW60 Dishwasher Pump

flashing eco light on hotpoint fdw60?

Hi yesterday my dish washer died on me.
first I had flashing eco and fast lights ..... followed instructions on line cleared the pump till free.moving (however nothing clearly blocking it)

Now only eco light flashing and its not filling? ???

Any ideas please
