Quite easy yes. Put the car on ramps, drain the oil, undo all the securing bolts around the sump and take it off. It'll probably take some whacking with a mallet to break the seal but if you are tempted to lever it do be careful. If you damage the face of your engine block you could have oil leaks for evermore. Take your time and be patient. You'll think its never going to move, but it will come eventually - as long as you've got all the bolts out!
Once off, clean up the bottom face of your engine, removing all traces of the old gasket.
Using a new gasket, fit the new sump. Do up all the securing bolts gradually, eventually torquing them up to the correct setting. Don't over-tighten them else you'll strip the threads. I believe the correct setting is 10Nm or 7lbft. Refill the engine with new oil, and treat it to a new oil filter while you're at it. Run the engine for a few seconds to fill the new filter. Check for leaks - hopefully none! Get the car on level ground and top up the oil to the correct level on the dipstick.
Do be careful under that car. Make sure it is secure on the ramps. You want no accidents.
