It is a long time since I done one of these but I would get it firing on no. 1 cylinder,there should be timing marks on your crank pulley,remove cap and wiring,vacuum pipes, etc, undo clamp bolt and it should lift out,replace seal and refit in reverse making sure rotor arm is in the same position,get the motor started and try and source a strobe light to time up the distributor to the correct setting,good luck.
