How do i replace sump on 2001 1.2 corsa SXI???

Drain the engine oil first. Undo all the bolts around the flange. When they are all out break the gasket seal by hammering the ends of the sump (front, back and both sides) alternately. Don't use anything to lever between the mating faces of the crankcase and the sump else you'll damage the flat face of the crankcase and you'll never get a seal with the new sump. Clean off the old gasket from the crankcase. Fit the new sump using a new gasket. Gradually torque the sump bolts up to the correct setting. A Haynes manual will have the settings in it. Careful, it is easy to overtighten them and strip the threads. Fill with new oil and check for leaks. While you're at it you may as well renew the oil filter.
You'll need plenty of room under the car so use ramps or proper stands. Don't just use a jack, you'll probably kill yourself when it slips! Think safety first.
