Mend Epson RX420 Printer Ink Error

How can I clear the lights on my stylus photo RX420? printer?

I have changed the inks on my computer and it says they are not fitted correctley. I cannot get into the machine to check this as the ink carriage will not move. I have tried everything can you help me please
