Where can I get new gears for my omni step in SA WA or VIC?

My electric step sometimes will not retract. I have had it checked and it seems that the gearbox sometimes jams. Where can I get either the parts required to fix it, or where can I have it done in South West WA, Adelaide or Melbourne?
