How do you replace the felt drum seal on a Beko drcs68w?

Hello, I have just tried to take the front off of my Beko condenser tumble drier by taking off the door and removing the rest of the retaining screws, but can't take it off to access the front/side of the drum .
I'm trying to replace the felt door seal as it has perished, but i'm not sure how to access the front of the drum, any idea's.

remove the lid and then the whole back panels.make note of electrical connections.eventually you will be able to lift the drum out and this will leave you with access to the front felts etc
