I have an integrated indesit machine model WM12X it is about 18 mnths old and the bearings went - these have been repaired but the prgramme dial now clicks around constantly when it is switched on and I have been told it has now gone into abort - how can I fix the programme this side of xmas?
Same as my problem, spinning dial. Shoe lace trapped around the spinning thing once the filter was taken out. Brute force with a pair of pliers eventually pulled it out.
Works a treat now.

Turned out there was a fabric condition sheet in the filter thingy.

I had the same problem, cleaned the filter which was blocked with paper tissues and coins. Cleaned the filter and it works a treat.

Same problem as described, cleaned the filter (bottom right at the front) and now back in action, as good as new!

Check the black filter at the bottom right of the machine. I ha d the same problem and found this filter being blocked was the cause.
