Mend Triton Alicante Pull Cord Switch Bathroom Red

Triton Alicante Electric Shower?

Pull cord isolator switch in Bathroom is on... Red power light on the shower is on...
Nothing happens when i press Start/Stop button on shower.

Reading through "help" sections on `net am thinking it is pointing towards a Solenoid problem.

Is there anything else it could be --- before i ring the Dreaded Plumber?? Thanks
