Mend Belling DBI472 Change Cooker Hood

How do I change the fuse on Belling cooker hood?

I tried to change the twin halogen lamps on my Belling cooker hood and one of them exploded tripping the main house fuse. I think the 3 amp fuse to the hood went to. Is it possible to change it and if so where is it?

The hood should be plugged into a normal 13amp socket. Have a look for the power cable and follow it to it's source.
