edc on my man truck light come on year 2002 6x4 tipper?

I presume 2002 6X4 is the M2000 with the 'L' cab. (chassis number should start Wmal95...), most common fault with EDC faults on these cabs are the electric pins on the multi plug under the front grille, the centre wiper spindle wears and allows water to drip directly onto the EDC loom plug, thus creating corroded pins and terminals within the connection housing. Possible re-pinning of the plug and socket or maybe just a clean up is the solution. If this is not the case, diagnostic using MAN-CATS 1 is the next step to determine the cause of the fault.
