Indesit WIDL126 error F13 - serious?

Hi,

I recently had my WIDL126 washer / dryer repaired (PCB replacement), and since then, it's cut out a couple of times with blinking lights on the front.

In each case, following the manual's advice to unplug for a while then retry has restarted the machine and allowed it complete its programme.

I've found a list showing the error as F13 "dryer ntc/fan motor problem". My question is - is this a serious problem that could lead to other issues, or is it something that I can safely live with as a minor irritation?

It's part of the supplied machinery in a rented flat, so I can't attempt any repair myself. If it's serious I'll have to go to my landlord, but it it's a trivial thing I'll live with it as getting a contractor out is quite an ordeal.
