Mend Ideal Problem Combi Boiler

Problem with Ideal combi boiler?

When my Ideal combi boiler is heating up the plate inside it to the required temperature a T appears on the display but the burner light is also lit. The heater then heat up even although the heating is switched off at the panel. It burns like this at least ionce an hour. Any Help?
