how can i fix my boiler problem?

my boiler keeps stopping,i have no hot water or heating and the letters EA are flashing please help. The thing is ,that boiler is brand new as the flat am living in is newly build i think its 2005

I'll assume it's a Worcester (as you have neglected to say), EA basically refers to an ignition fault. Try the basics, make sure the gas is on and available.
