tv not working?

Hi
can anyone help i have a 32"lcd twf tv. the problem was the 1.5 fuse blew and also fused one of the soldered links on the power board i renewed the link but when i swiched on the 1.5 fuse blew so i was told i needed a new power board which i renewed when i installed this the fuse did not blow but the tv would not come on the standby light keeps flashing for a few seconds then in the right hand corner a flash saying scart 1 then this repeats all the time i have also renewed the Main input board but still the same
i am a novice at this but capable of changing any of the pcb boards.
can anyone help please,
