LE40R87BDX/XEU samsung tv no sound! Only using xbox ?

Was carry a friends tv down the stairs and knocked it slightly and now the sound is not working! Only using xbox, thought it might of been the hdmi lead but tried 2 an still not working. Can anyone help?

Usally when you drop or knock a tv slightly it loosens a connnector cable inside. Take off back panel and check all connections to make sure they are all the way in and tight.
Also you could have loosened a component, or cracked a board but you would have to almost drop it to have that happen.
